FMP is GE's leadership program for high potential individuals seeking a fast paced career in Finance. It is the first step in many successful GE Finance careers.

Program Summary

  • Intensive two-year entry-level program spanning four rotational assignments
  • Hands-on experience may include: financial planning, accounting, operations analysis, auditing, forecasting, financial planning and analysis, controllership, commercial finance and Six Sigma quality
  • Combines coursework, job assignments and on-line learning to equip you with exceptional technical, financial and business skills
  • Led by senior GE professionals and mentors
  • Develops world-class financial leaders for exciting positions
Candidate Profile

  • Superior academic achievement with relevant internships and/or bachelor degrees in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or Economics preferred
  • Demonstrated interest or competency in Finance
  • Leadership roles on and off campus
  • Demonstrated analytical approach to problem solving
  • Strong team and communication skills
  • Mobile within Australia & New Zealand
