GE Corporate Treasury – Treasury Leadership Development Program (TLDP)

GE Corporate Treasury offers a learning and development program for committed individuals aspiring to be future leaders in the treasury functions within GE. The Treasury Leadership Development Program (TLDP) is intended to be a development pipeline to support professionals in gaining the broad foundational knowledge and experience necessary to hold key positions within GE Corporate Treasury and the business treasury organizations. This program combines real work experience with specialized training.

The 4-year program consists of one-year rotations, both in the USA and abroad, intended to build technical, professional and leadership competencies in the following areas:

  • Cash management
  • Business Transaction Management
  • Risk – transaction due diligence
  • Hedging
  • Funding – both short and long term
  • Liquidity management, finance & risk – credit exposure, regulatory capital

The program includes training in project management, GE leadership, and facilitation and lean six sigma. The program combines treasury specific training, GE business case studies, 4 competency based work rotations, interactive seminars, and Finance programs. Relocation to an emerging markets location is required for graduation from the program.

We look for:

  • A minimum of 3 years relevant work experience
  • An outstanding academic record – MBA in Finance, Economics or International banking preferred
  • Demonstrated leadership, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills
  • Desirous of a career in Treasury
  • Geographically mobile to the major Treasury poles (USA, Ireland, Japan, India, Mexico)
