Summary

The Commercial Leadership Program (CLP) is a two-year program that includes three 8-month rotations into different functions. The program prepares candidates for a successful career in sales by providing the opportunity to learn about our products, industry, and customers while simultaneously making valuable contributions to the organization.

Position Description:

Candidates will focus on mastering product and sales skills while learning the skills and competencies needed to become an Account Manager. The CLP program accelerates learning and productivity by on-the-job training, headquarters sponsored training, mentoring and detailed assignments.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelors Degree required Engineering majors
  • Minimum GPA 3.0 or higher on a 4.0 scale
  • Prior internship or co-op experience
  • Geographic mobility
  • Demonstrated interest in sales career & results oriented
  • Strong time management skills
  • Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
