GE Energy's Commercial Leadership Program (CLP) is a 24 months elite program designed to develop a commercial talent within GE Energy Business.
Qualified candidates can expect a great exposure and the job experience with 4 rotations within the GE Energy. It includes formal classroom training in GE's state of the art facilities, mentoring from senior leadership and career planning during two years leading to a full-fledged commercial role.
Position description:
The program typically consists of 4 rotations.
You will fulfill responsibilities of various rotations and roles within different GE Energy businesses and groups. The typical structure of the program is to complete 4 rotations in the following areas:
Commercial Operations:
- Sales Force Automation
- Deal Structuring
- Deal Management
Technology & Product Marketing:
- Portfolio Mapping
- Competitive Analysis
- Pricing Analysis
Regional Marketing:
- Regional Market Analysis
- Customer Segmentation
- Customer Solution Identification
Field Sales:
- Account Management
- Lead Generation
- Pricing & Negotiating
Basic Qualifications:
- Degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical preferred) ?Minimum GPA 3.00
- Academic excellence, business acumen and leadership ability
- Strong interest in developing a career in sales and Self-starter
- Excellent communication skills
- English language fluency, any additional language a plus
- Geographic mobility
Desired:
- MBA
- Experience in Energy industry
- Internship, co-op, or full-time work experience in sales
- The candidate must have personality traits that include leadership, integrity, tenacity, perseverance, empathy, and a can-do, positive attitude
