The Experienced Commercial Leadership Program accelerates the development of commercial-savvy talent through a structured program combining coursework, job assignments and interactive seminars.
Candidates are hired into one of three major GE Commercial Segments: Finance, Industrial and Consumer, or Technology. ECLP graduates will be considered for key commercial leadership positions in GE.
Applications to the ECLP for the EMEA region in 2006 are no longer being accepted. The site will re-open in October 2006 for 2007.
ECLP Overview
Program Summary
ECLP consists of 4 six-month, cross-business rotations within a Commercial Segment.
Program members rotate between 2-3 different GE Businesses within a given segment.
Two rotations are Marketing focused and two are Sales.
Program participants strengthen their commercial, business and leadership skills by completing an intensive curriculum consisting of: classroom and online training, in-residence symposiums at the John F. Welch Learning Center.
U.S. Minimum Candidate Qualifications
M.B.A with 2-5 years of marketing or sales experience, or
Bachelors degree with 4+ years marketing or sales experience
Demonstrated leadership, communication and analytical skills
