The nature of the work will depend upon the assignment; however, many similar experiences exist across businesses. ECLPs will be given challenging assignments in marketing and sales that may range from market forecasting, pricing analysis, lead generation, and strategic marketing plan development to customer-facing direct and indirect sales roles. Almost all rotations involve interaction with senior-level management and exposure to other functions. Assignments get bigger and more challenging as ECLPs gain experience and deliver results.
