The Women's Network was formed to support the professional development of women at GE. It provides mentoring and coaching across GE and within its businesses. Participants share information on job opportunities and exchange views with successful role models.

It's an excellent way for women to connect with their peers throughout all of GE while learning best practices, growing their leadership skills and managing their professional development.
