African American Forum

The AAF helps members improve professionally and personally. It's a place where GE employees from similar cultures with similar experiences learn from the mistakes and successes of others. Mentors, seminars, networking, and informal career discussions help employees grow personally and professionally.

The AAF also seeks to strengthen bonds with the African American community through holiday food drives, UNCF telethons, walk-a-thons, assistance to Habitat for Humanity projects, and many other projects in the neighborhoods where GE employees live and work.
