The Information Management Leadership Programme (IMLP) is the key entry point for new high potential IT talent into GE businesses. As a programme member you are supported with a suite of training and development activities to equip you with technical, business, project management and leadership skills, allowing you to become involved in high profile projects that are critical to our business success.

IMLP Overview

Programme Summary
  • A two-year programme consisting of four six-month rotational assignments through different areas of a GE business
  • On-the-job training in business dynamics, career strategies, communication skills, problem solving, decision making, and project leadership
  • Formal coursework in advance information technology and systems, and their strategic application within GE
  • Develops strong technical foundation, project managements skills, and process knowledge that cuts across functions to support GE's boundary-less culture
Candidate Criteria
  • Superior academic achievement and leadership roles on and off campus
  • Demonstrated analytical approach to problem solving, strong team and communication skills
  • Relevant internships and/or degrees in Computer Sciences, Information Systems or Computer Engineering preferred
  • Fluent English
  • European Work permit/Work Authorization
  • Geographically mobile within Europe
