Experienced Commercial Leadership Program (ECLP) - Sales & Marketing

The Experienced Commercial Leadership Program (ECLP) accelerates the development of commercial savvy talent through a structured program combining coursework, job assignments and interactive seminars. Candidates are hired into one of the businesses listed in the drop down list below. ECLP graduates will be considered for key commercial leadership positions across GE in the EMEA region.

ECLP Overview

Program Summary

  • A two-year program consisting of four six-month, rotational assignments within the commercial function of a GE business
  • Two rotations are Marketing focused and two are Sales focused
  • Program participants strengthen their commercial, business, and leadership skills by completing an intensive curriculum consisting of eight weeks of classroom training and in-residence global symposiums
EMEA Minimum Candidate Qualifications

  • MBA preferred or appropriate Master's degree/equivalent experience
  • Demonstrated leadership, communication and analytical skills
  • Geographic flexibility and mobility desired across Europe, the Middle East and Africa (EMEA) region
  • Fluent English plus fluency in at least one other language
  • Relevant Work Permit or Work Authorization required
