Commercial Finance Risk Management Leadership Program
GE relies on Global Risk Management professionals to
objectively assess and manage the risk in our businesses and to
structure financial arrangements for the mutual benefit of our
customers and shareholders. Risk professionals are important members of
a business leadership team, touching every part of the operation and
making smart decisions that help GE sustain its record of profitable
growth. RMLP interviews take place on selected campuses in the
October-November
timeframe, please check with your local career services office to see
if RMLP is coming to your campus.
RMLP Overview
Program Summary:
The Risk Management Leadership Program (RMLP) is designed to develop
candidates for leadership positions in Risk Management.
Successful candidates will be hired by GE Commercial Finance and will
complete rotations in our business units (Corporate Financial Services,
Commercial Real Estate, Healthcare Financial Services, Capital
Solutions) and our aligned businesses (Energy Financial Services,
Aviation Services and GE Equity)
The program consists of two 12-month rotations. Rotations provide
experiences in functional areas such as underwriting, portfolio
analysis and management, statistical modeling, process improvement and
capital allocation
Program Requirements:
Basic Qualifications:
MBA or Masters in Finance, Statistics or Accounting with
two years of commercial lending/leasing experience
Geographic mobility is required
Unrestricted work authorization in the U.S., EU, or Japan
Fluent in English
Desired Characteristic:
Second language preferred (English required)
Demonstrated leadership, communication and analytical
skills
