Logistics Management Leadership Program
The Logistics Management Leadership Program (LMLP) has
been designed to accelerate the development of technical talent and
build the skills that Program Members need to successfully integrate
Supply Chain with other key processes in GE. It is for people who have
a proven track record of excellent academic performance, who want a
career in logistics and are interested in the manufacturing environment.
An
intensive 24 months program of 4 rotational assignments
Combines
coursework, job assignments and interactive seminars to equip you with
exceptional technical, financial, business and leadership skills
Assignments
on the following fields: Manufacturing / Production, Supply Chain
Management and Distribution / Warehousing
Lead
by senior GE professionals/mentors
Requirements:
University or college degree in Economics or
Engineering (preferably specialization in Logistics)
No more than 2 years relevant work experience
Demonstrated strong leadership, analytical,
problem-solving, interpersonal and communication skills
Knowledge and advanced experience using MS Office
Fluent English and Hungarian
Must be geographically mobile
Passion for and commitment to logistics and
manufacturing/supply chain
