The Assignments


During your time on FMP, you will rotate in different areas of Finance providing you a solid foundation to develop your career on. The assignments will be real operational roles with defined deliverables, challenging and diverse experiences.

We operate in a dynamic environment where business requirements and opportunities continuously change. The assignments you may experience will vary from time to time and may differ between businesses. Flexibility and mobility is key on FMP as you may be asked to take assignments in various GE locations across Europe.

Financial Planning & Analysis

This may involve product line profitability, long/short term forecasting, variance analysis, and risks and opportunities analysis.

Controllership

This function is not responsible for financial reporting but also looking at compliance issues, effectiveness of the business processes and controls as well as the integrity of our financial communication.

Operations Analysis

Key areas could involve manufacturing cost analysis, inventory accounting, sourcing and supply chain management.

Pricing

Work with commercial teams to develop pricing infrastructure & process, review product-pricing strategies and develop detailed cost/benefits analysis for price changes and new product introductions.
