GE Consumer & Industrial Environment, Health and Safety Leadership Program (EHSLP)

The Environment, Health and Safety Leadership Program (EHSLP) has been designed to recruit and develop talented men and women to lead both the EHS and business initiatives of GE Hungary’s businesses. It is for people who have a proven track record of excellent academic performance, who want a career in EHS and are interested in the manufacturing environment.

An intensive 24 months program of 4 rotational assignments Combines coursework, job assignments and interactive seminars to equip you with exceptional technical, financial, business and leadership skills
Assignments are technical projects driven by GE Consumer & Industrial business priorities, with defined goals and regular reviews
Lead by senior GE professionals/mentors

Requirements:

University degree in  Engineering  (preferably Safety)

Between 1 to  2  years  relevant  work  experience

Superior  academic  achievement  

Strong leadership, communication, interpersonal and analytical skills

Geographically mobile

Knowledge  and  advanced  experience  using  MS  Office

Fluent  English  and  Hungarian

Passion  for  and  commitment  to  Environment, Health and Safety Management
